REFUND & RETURN POLICY
Return Window
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Return Process

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs (Important)
Unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
In cases of:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size / preference
- Non-defective returns
The customer will bear all return shipping costs.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will evaluate the issue and provide a suitable resolution.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item (once approved) and place a new order separately.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Custom or personalized products
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Personal care goods (if applicable)
- Hazardous materials or regulated items
EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders shipped to the European Union, customers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days, for any reason, without justification. Items must be unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase required.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
